CAROLE'S CHEESE SOUP

Ingredients:

4-5 medium potatoes cut up in small pieces
1 stick butter or margarine
4 cups milk
1 cup flour
2 cups cheese whiz
2 - 14 oz. cans chicken broth
2 T. Nature's Seasoning (I used 1 T.)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (optional)

Melt butter and add flour to make a rue. I precook potatoes until they are a little tender. Then combine all
ingredients and add broccoli and cook on low to medium for 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally so mixture does not
stick to bottom of pan. Enjoy!
