(or Chocolate Peanut Butter Toffee Crackers)
Chocolate graham crackers
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter chips
2/3 cup peanuts, chopped
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a 9x9 pan with foil (and use non-stick spray).
Line the bottom of the pan with graham crackers.
In small saucepan, melt brown sugar and butter. Boil for 2-4 minutes. Spread
over graham crackers. Place in 425° oven for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle peanut butter chips on top. Put back in the oven for 2
minutes.Remove from oven and spread out the melted chips.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts and chocolate chips on top. Put back in oven for 2
Remove from oven and spread out the melted chips.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into random-shaped bars. Enjoy!
