Easy Knitting Drop In Circle

"Easy Knitting Drop in Circle" is our all new way to offer beginner
and refresher knitting instruction.  Ruth Boelkins will be available to
help you  learn to knit  on a basic scarf, or refresh
your  beginner skills with a simple hat.  Begin one of the projects in a
drop in circle, and then
come back again, at your convenience, as many times as you like.
The fee is $10 per drop in, and you may select and
purchase your supplies with a 10% discount.

We can help you with your next projects -
sign up for a specific class, or choose your own project and use "Knit Tutor" drop in sessions
to get help.
No need to sign up.  Just drop in and knit!

CHEESY HASH BROWNS

Ingredients:

32 oz. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 soup can of milk
salt and pepper to taste
Diced onion (estimate)
1/4 cup melted butter
Extra butter for pan
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
Paprika
2-3 cups shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350ºº
Mix hash browns, cream of potato and cream of celery soup, milk, sour cream, salt pepper, diced onion, some
shredded cheese, ranch mix  and melted butter in a bowl.
Butter a 9 x 13 pan and add potato mixture
Sprinkle with paprika and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours covered with foil. Enjoy!
