Easy Knitting Drop In Circle
"Easy Knitting Drop in Circle" is our all new way to offer beginner
and refresher knitting instruction. Ruth Boelkins will be available
to help you learn to knit on a basic scarf, or refresh your
beginner skills with a simple hat. Begin one of the
projects in a drop in circle, and then come back again,
at your convenience, as many times as you like.
The fee is $10 per drop in, and you may select and
purchase your supplies with a 10% discount.
We can help you with your next projects -
sign up for a specific class, or choose your own project
and use "Knit Tutor" drop in sessions to get help.
No need to sign up. Just drop in and knit!

Can you believe that title? You will when you see this product. It's so fun to
work with and the results are gorgeous. New products are so much
fun. Sign up before the classes are full!
We will be using microfine glitter on 3 cards that will be so pretty and yet,
the glitter does not come off . It actually feels velvet soft. Come to explore!
Below is the model for this class:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup celery sliced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 head cabbage, chopped
28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 t. sugar
1 1/2 t. dried parsley
1 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. pepper
Optional: hot pepper, saute to taste
Garnish with shredded Cheddar Cheese
In large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, celery and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Drain, transfer to a
lightly greased slow cooker. Top with cabbage. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes with juice and tomato paste. Break
up tomatoes with a potato masher. Stir in sugar seasonings and hot sauce if you are using (if you are using hot
sauce). Spoon over cabbage. Cook covered on low for 8 - 10 hours. Top servings with cheese. Serve with mashed
